Anybody wishing to place their puppy details on to the N.G.R.A puppy list, please could you send a cheque for £10 payable to NORTHERN GOLDEN RETRIEVER ASSOCIATION RESCUE, along with a copy of the hip scores for both parents, and also an in-date eye certificate for both parents.

• · If you wish to advertise your puppies on this page, as well as on the list, please send an extra £5, with a photograph of the mother and puppies.

NORTHERN GOLDEN RETRIEVER ASSOCIATION
CODE OF ETHICS
As member of the NGRA they agree to abide by the code of ethics as laid down by the Association.

1. To maintain the best standards of health and care for their dogs.

2. Not to allow their dogs to roam and become a nuisance to other people.

3. Whilst their dogs are away from home ensure they always wear a tagged collar and are kept under control.

4. To endeavour to the best of your knowledge only to sell puppies and adults of sound health and temperament.

5. To sell only to buyers who are able to provide a happy and healthy home life for the dog and not to sell to unethical dealers.

6. To refuse a stud service for bitches that are known to suffer from any known hereditary defects or are under 18 months old.

7. Not to abuse bitches by over breeding, no Bitch is allowed to have more than four litters, cannot be bred from twice within a 12 month period and cannot be bred from under 18 months old.

8. To understand that dogs grow old and may well require special care and attention and to know that your Golden is not just a dog but a friend and companion.
